Our Take: Going to exhale spa makes you feel like you’ve been transported to a tropical vacation. The lighting and decor of the studio space are smooth and inviting. Before or after class, you can pamper yourself with exhale blended hot teas. Classes are challenging, mats are cushy and nice to the wrists, and teachers are hands on, supporting and pushing you at the same time.
