Run and Strength Train with CrossTown Fitness

As new runners, we’ve noticed a tendency to forget about balance. You still need strength training and yoga support all those muscles you are stressing on your jogs.  CrossTown Fitness is challenging runners to take it to a new fitness level by hitting the spring time streets of Chicago. Home of Nike Master Trainers, like Betina Gozo, CrossTown Fitness has a reputation of encouraging people to push past plateaus. Head outside with CTF Personal Trainer/Endurance Athlete Tori Karsten for a routine of 70% running followed by a total body workout and stretch.

Members and non-members alike can jump in the fray  of these Excursion Runs at either CTF locations for a 3 mile jaunt followed by tricep dips, burpees and/or other beloved muscle moves. Make sure to dress for the rain or shine and be prepared to sweat.
